Nick Crawford
Nick Crawford has been involved in the Criminal Justice System since 1996. He has extensive experience in relation to police investigation especially in drug trafficking, homicide and property related matters. Nick graduated from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and completed his Practical Legal training with Australian National University (ANU). He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. In 2012 he worked at a large Brisbane based firm and was promoted to Partner within a period of four (4) years. In 2021, Nick resigned to commence working with Alan in a partnership at Phillips Crawford Lawyers. Nick and Alan previously worked together for five (5) years practicing in Criminal law.
Nick has been involved in a large number of complex criminal trials in District and Supreme Courts instructing Counsel. Nick has also appeared in interstate matters for drug and fraud related matters in both New South Wales and Victoria. Nick also specialises in bail applications in both the Magistrates and Supreme Courts. He has a highly successful track record in obtaining bail for clients in the Supreme Courts without the extra cost of engaging Counsel.
